How Can I Help?

What is your new patient procedure?

First, our initial appointment will go over the history of your pain/injury/restrictions. We will go over in detail what issues you are having and what your goals are. Next, we will go through an evaluation where I look for different things that could be contributing to your issues. From this information we will establish our plan of care moving forward. Lastly, we will do a short treatment session to begin addressing your issues immediately!

What types of health insurance do you accept?

In order for us to be able to provide quality care without compromise we are an out of network company. By not accepting insurance we are able to ensure 1-on-1 quality care where you work with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy every visit. Our main focus is addressing the issues most important to you.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. We are able to treat for 30 days without a physicians referral. After that time if needed I will reach out to your physician for a referral.
